UC
2010: A New Business Architecture for the University of California proposes
broad strategies that will enable the University to continue to deliver high
quality administrative services and support in an environment of rapid growth
in student enrollment. This report is the result of a dialogue among senior
administrative managers from the Office of the President and the UC campuses
that recognized the constraints of the current administrative infrastructure,
and envisions a more flexible, "scalable" business model, designed to deliver
an integrated set of tools to the user's desktop.
The Planning Team encourages all members of the University of California
community to continue this dialogue by sharing their comments about the report
in the Bulletin Board section of this site.
